Every food business in Gurugram needs an FSSAI food license or registration from the State Food Safety Department (FSSAI). The same FSSAI fees apply across India. The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram issues a separate trade licence for the premises, and Haryana has its own Shops and Establishments registration.
