Every food business in Indore needs an FSSAI food license or registration from the State Food Safety Department (FSSAI). The same FSSAI fees apply across India. The Indore Municipal Corporation issues a separate trade licence for the premises, and Madhya Pradesh has its own Shops and Establishments registration.
