Every food business in New Delhi (NDMC) needs an FSSAI food license or registration from the State Food Safety Department (FSSAI). The same FSSAI fees apply across India. The New Delhi Municipal Council issues a separate trade licence for the premises, and Delhi has its own Shops and Establishments registration.
