- Renew with Form TM-R before 10 years end
- The fee is for each class and each mark.
- The fee for individuals, startups and small enterprises is the lower one. Keep your Udyam or DPIIT certificate ready.

Common reasons for rejection and how to fix them
| Reason | How to fix it |
|---|---|
| Mark is similar to an existing mark | Search the register first and change the mark, or argue that it is different in the reply. |
| Mark is only descriptive | Add a distinctive element, such as a logo or an invented word. |
| Wrong class or list of goods | Choose the right class and list the goods or services exactly. |
| Opposition filed by another party | File a counter statement within the time allowed and attend the hearing. |
