Your Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY card can be downloaded after an Aadhaar e-KYC, from the official PM-JAY portal or the Ayushman app.
Govt License never asks for your Aadhaar number or OTP. Only download from official sites. We do not download anything for you, and you never type personal details on our site.
Steps
- Open the official PM-JAY site pmjay.gov.in or the Ayushman app
- Choose the self print or download card option
- Choose your scheme and state
- Search with your Aadhaar number or Virtual ID and give consent for e-KYC
- Enter the OTP on the official page only
- Download or print the card

- Your Aadhaar number or Virtual ID
- The mobile number linked to Aadhaar, to get the OTP
- Your name should be in the PM-JAY beneficiary list

Problems and fixes

| Name not found | Your family may not be on the beneficiary list. Check eligibility on pmjay.gov.in or ask at a CSC or empanelled hospital. |
| e-KYC fails | Aadhaar details must match. Update your Aadhaar if the name or mobile is wrong, or use a CSC for assisted e-KYC. |
| Portal not working | Try the Ayushman app, or go to a Common Service Centre or an empanelled hospital where an Ayushman Mitra can help. |
| Asked to pay money | The card is made through the official scheme. Do not pay touts for the download. |
