What it is and who needs it

Fire safety clearance based on occupancy, area, height and fuel use. Eating houses using LPG, larger premises and taller buildings. Delhi: restaurants over 50 seats or 90 sq m.

Needed for buildings 15 m or taller or with ground coverage over 500 sq m, special buildings (business, mercantile, hotel) where any floor exceeds 500 sq m, and all assembly buildings.
