What it is and who needs it
Fire safety clearance based on occupancy, area, height and fuel use. Eating houses using LPG, larger premises and taller buildings. Delhi: restaurants over 50 seats or 90 sq m.
In Goa it is issued by the Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services, Goa.
