Rajasthan ration card: apply online, check status and see the list

Apply on food.rajasthan.gov.in, the official portal of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Rajasthan. Log in to the SSO portal, go to Citizen Apps and then e-Mitra. To check the status of your ration card or your name in the Rajasthan ration card list, use the links under Check status below.

Apply for a ration card in Rajasthan online

  1. Log in to the SSO portal, go to Citizen Apps and then e-Mitra
  2. Choose the New Ration Card form (Form 1) under utilities
  3. Pick your district and block or municipality, fill in the family details and upload the documents
  4. The BDO or EO office verifies it. When the status reads Ready for Printing, print the card from the Print Ration Card menu

Apply offline

  1. Apply at an e-Mitra kiosk. The e-Mitra rate page lists a service charge of ₹50 for ration card applications (an older page, so confirm)

Documents to keep ready

  • Aadhaar of every family member
  • Proof of address, e.g. electricity bill or rent agreement
  • Income certificate or self declaration (for PHH or AAY)
  • Passport size photo of the head of family (usually the eldest woman)
  • Bank passbook
  • Surrender or deletion certificate if you had a card in another state or area
