No bilateral trade agreement in DGFT's list. DGFT's Appendix 2A and the Handbook of Procedures list no free trade or preferential agreement with Saudi Arabia.
Without a preferential agreement, exporters use the non-preferential certificate of origin (₹200) when the buyer or the Saudi side asks for it.

What matters on the Indian side
- Cereals such as rice are among the larger export lines in the data. Food exporters register with APEDA, Spices Board or MPEDA and arrange a phytosanitary certificate or health certificate as the buyer asks.
- Mineral fuels, mainly crude oil, make up most of the imports from Saudi Arabia in the data. Crude oil is not in DGFT's 2019 lists of restricted or prohibited imports, but check the current policy for your 8-digit code.
- Use the e-BRC from your bank to prove that export payments were received. You need it to claim many export incentives.
