What it is and who needs it

A trade licence is permission from your city to run a trade or business at your premises. In New Delhi (NDMC) it comes from the New Delhi Municipal Council.

Required for eating houses under sections 327, 331 and 332 of the NDMC Act, 1994. Premises without one can be sealed.
