- Shops and Establishments registration: Not required under 20 staff. Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954. Since the Delhi Shops and Establishments (Amendment) Act, 2026 (notified 11 March 2026), registration applies only to establishments with 20 or more employees.
- Professional tax: Not levied in Delhi.
- GST registration: needed once turnover crosses ₹40 lakh for goods or ₹20 lakh for services.
