A declaration by the owner of a shop, office or restaurant giving the details asked for when registering under the state Shops and Establishments Act.

Is a declaration needed for Shops Act registration?
It depends on the state. Many states take everything on the portal. Some ask for a signed declaration with the application. Check the labour department site for your state.
